The Challenge
Alt_ Coliving needed to grow visibility and engagement across two properties in Chiang Mai. Their in-house team was active on social media but lacked structure, strategy, and measurable impact. There was no clear content plan, posting rhythm, or performance analysis in place.
Our Approach
We started by building a content system from scratch:
- Developed a multi-category strategy: city tips, community stories, entertainment, promotions, and brand education.
- Together with a freelance trainer, we coached a 2-person in-house team on how to record, edit (CapCut), and design posts (Canva).
- Scheduled a monthly content meeting to developed the content plan.
- Implemented a story calendar, achieving daily story publishing.
- Used Metricool & Instagram Insights to analyze monthly results and adapt.
Results
Instagram Engagement
- Average engagement rate across all content: 2.8%, above the industry benchmark of 1.5%.
- Carousel posts reached an impressive 3.2% Engagement Rate, and Reels up to 3.7% Engagement Rate.
- The best-performing organic reel reached 9.6% Engagement Rate with no paid boost.
Content Output
- From 4–5 posts/month to consistent 3–4 posts/week.
- Daily stories with community-focused content.
- Built an internal idea bank and post library for the team to work with independently.
Website Impact
- Instagram traffic grew +300% in 3 months.
- Organic social traffic became a consistent and measurable source of visibility and trust.
