How Alt_Coliving doubled Instagram engagement in 3 months
We helped Alt_Coliving turn Instagram into a marketing channel that scales: a content strategy, a trained in-house team and a daily story calendar.
- +300%Instagram traffic to the website
- 2.8%Average engagement rate
- 3 to 4Posts a week
- 9.6%Best organic reel

The challenge
Alt_Coliving needed more visibility and engagement across its two properties in Chiang Mai. The in-house team was active on social media but had no structure, strategy or way to measure impact. There was no content plan, no posting rhythm and no performance analysis.
Our approach
We started by building a content system from scratch:
- A multi-category strategy: city tips, community stories, entertainment, promotions and brand education.
- Together with a freelance trainer, we coached a 2-person in-house team to record, edit (CapCut) and design posts (Canva).
- A monthly content meeting to build the content plan.
- A story calendar, reaching daily story publishing.
- Metricool and Instagram Insights to analyze results every month and adapt.
“Peach Growth showed me how to set up short and long-term content plans, created protocols for my staff, and even gave me advice despite my very limited ad budget.”John Ho, Alt_Coliving
