Peach Growth ("we", "us") is a marketing agency. Our legal entity is Peach Growth LLC, registered at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.
Information we collect
When you contact us. Our contact form collects the name, email address and message you send. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss working together, and we keep it for as long as we have a business relationship plus 24 months afterwards.
When you visit this site. We collect standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, browser and referrer — to understand how the site is used. We do not use it to identify you.
Client social media accounts
We manage social media accounts on behalf of client organizations that have engaged us. To do this, an administrator of the client's account authorises our publishing tool through the network's own consent screen. We store the resulting access tokens, encrypted, solely to publish content the client has approved.
Our LinkedIn integration
- We use LinkedIn's Community Management API only to publish organic posts to the LinkedIn Pages of clients who have authorised us.
- We do not access, store or display LinkedIn member data. We do not retrieve comments, reactions, followers, profile information or engagement data about any LinkedIn member.
- We do not export LinkedIn data, combine it with other data, or use it for advertising, sales, recruiting, lead generation or audience building.
- A client can revoke our access at any time, from their LinkedIn Page settings or by asking us. Revoking it stops our access immediately.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run our own operations — website hosting, analytics and email — and only as far as they need it to provide those services to us.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@peachgrowth.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top.
